Very nice!

Pros: Large, comfortable, quiet room, lovely garden and pool area.

Cons: Nothing major. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Hotel room was big and sizeable rooms were clean onsite laundry was simple but welcomed - staff had change for the machine as only took quarters complimentary takeaway breakfast was unexpected and welcomed - juice, apple, danish per person

Cons: the hotel was far away from downtown but this is reflected in the price took 1 hr to drive into LA - Santa Monica. Highway nearby so was easy enough

Highly recommend this colorful little gem of a hotel, close to LA - great customer service!

Pros: Really enjoyed this hotel - we prefer staying in smaller hotels with some character, and this one fits the bill. Room was huge, with all required amenities, including a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and TV. Staff were excellent and very responsive: our toilet malfunctioned overnight and as soon as we reported it to the manager he came up and fixed it. Large window has a privacy shade where you can still see out, but others cannot see in, which was nice, as there are colorful flower boxes and plants outside on the railings. Location was fairly quiet, for the area, and you can easily walk to several stores and eateries. There are some parking spots under cover, which was nice, as it rained overnight.

Cons: We could not get the TV to work, but not sure if that was due to the storm or if it was just complicated. We did not bring up this issue to the manager, as we don't need a tv, but I am sure he would have fixed it or shown us how to use it if we had - he was very helpful.
