Pros: No problem with checking in to the motel. Staff was very friendly. It was very convenient to use booking online for the reservation. I would recommend it to others. The area and location was clean and well maintained.

Cons: The bed sheets need to be bleached or replaced, other than that it's very much comfortable, convenient,and the area is very quiet and friendly.

Of all the inexpensive hotels where I have stayed, this is the only one I wouldn't mind using again.

Pros: Unlike a number of other inexpensive hotels where I have stayed, this one was very clean and completely free of any roaches. Also, everything was working, such as hot water, electrical outlets, etc. Finally, I thought the $200 security deposit listed in the booking process was a bit excessive, but the manager ended up not asking me for anything at all!

Cons: The manager kept telling me over and over that only one person could be in the room, as if I were going to try to sneak in a bunch of friends and/or family.
