Lovely, affordable place relatively close to Venice Beach

Pros: The lady who maintains it was super helpful, room was spacious enough for 2 friends and there were enough amenities for the stay.

Cons: The pillows could be more comfortable, but that’s just my preference.

Pros: Wifi was surprisingly good, kitchenette with microwave and small fridge was a nice addition, and very generous with free amenities.

Cons: Plumbing would occasionally screech. Fixed it by turning off the water to the toilet overnight, but not ideal. Air conditioner was also quite noisy, so didn't feel that I could run it overnight.

Pros: All the places I intended to visit (ie. scenes from my favorite TV shows) were all nearby and easy to get to.

Cons: The random nature of tipping and taxes.

it was overall very pleasant and enjoyable and I would have no issue with staying there again

Pros: Very easy and friendly check in, room was better than I expected, bed was clean and very comfortable and location was very good.

Cons: the bathroom door was nearly off its hinges and had the large top hinge pin missing which put pressure on the wood screws holding the hinges to the door frame.

Great location and valuer for your the money you pay!

Pros: The room was spacious, small kitchen area was super helpful and the location is perfect to reach Venice beach by foot.

Cons: A little cosmetic remodelling would help a lot, especially bathroom area, it looks very dusty and “tired”. Fan in the room also needs some cleaning.

Pros: For us it’s convenient and safe. The owners are lovely and helpful. Costco right across the road also helps especially with a fridge and microwave in the room.

Cons: Nothing to dislike just felt it was a little tired.
