Satisfied

Pros: Really satisfied, above our expectation... spacious room, enough space, good location - lots of options to eat / buy some stuff in a walking distance.. I would definitely come back. Free coffee in morning hours surprised us..

Cons: Not enough parking spaces.. we did not have any problem to find the empty space, but there is more rooms than spaces at the parking, it could be an issue.

Pros: Spacious room for two people. Staff are nice and they held our luggages after check-out because we went to Universal Studios. Accessible to transportation. Always keeping the room clean and replenishing the toiletries.

Amazing location, great value for money

Pros: The staff were really friendly and carried our bags upstairs for us, and there were coffee amenities offered. The room was MASSIVE, so much more space than expected, especially for the low price. The location was really good, easy access to the walk of fame and hiking routes for the Hollywood sign, and opposite a Target so easy to get whatever you needed.

Cons: Would have preferred liquid soap over soap bars, but otherwise can't think of anything that could be changed.

Nice place to stay on Sunset Blvd with private parking. Near everything in Hollywood.

Pros: The location. Private parking. Big room. Refrigerator. No microwave but no problem for us (we have cooking pot). We stayed for 5 nights. There are homeless people in the neighbourhood but they didn’t harm us so thats okay.

Cons: Wifi doesn’t work well. Very noisy. We could hear the guests in the room above us walking en they did this also at night (2 am / 4 am).

Pros: Staff were amazing, even help take our bags upstairs as my partner had done his back the day before.

Cons: Nothing, location was great, easy to access all major roads, supermarket over the road.

Pros: Staff very friendly and accomodating when I requested to extend an extra night. Great location, very close to Hollywood/Western metro. Rooms very clean and tidy

Cons: Wifi reception was extremely poor

Good value and well located

Pros: Good location. Good value for money. Basic but clean

Cons: My only two issues - the towels were quite small and I wish that there was a bedside light. Had to switch the light off at the door and use my phone as a torch to get to the bed

Pros: Personel is very helpful, the shower and toilet fault in our room was fixed very quickly. During fixing we were offered another room to took a shower. The room service is available every day and on demand as well. Coffee service is available 24 hours. We recommend this hotel, everything is consistent with the desctription.
