Clean, suitable for families, and well-maintained motel. NOT seedy in any way.
Pros: Clean place, spacious room with kitchenette, cable TV, ref. Location is in a good neighborhood. Safe to walk around. If you like Trader Joe's, it was a good 20 minute walk from here. Chick fil A just beside the building, Starbucks across the road.
Cons: Nothing.

Clean and quiet - great value
Pros: Clean, quiet, and spacious room with easy check-in. Clean linens. Good central location.
Cons: Shower took quite a while to get warm. Bed is a little hard. We had no trouble with parking but it is a small lot, so as other reviewers have noted, space may be at a premium.

I'd go back, and I probably will, next year.
Pros: One of the reasons that the motel is so nice is that the people and town of Redondo Beach and the beach cities are so nice and accommodating. That makes for a pleasant, overall trip. There is a Starbucks and Chick Fillet within easy walking distance (and probably other convenient eateries, etc.) The beach cities are crowded with traffic. It might not be a bad idea to learn the transit system.
Cons: What I didn't like was that there was not adequate parking for all the guests. But there is plenty of parking on Artesia Boulevard and on the side streets. Also, you can park off the street at the library on Green Lane all night long but you have to moved your car by 7:30 a.m. (I checked that out with the staff at the North Branch of the Redondo Beach Library.)
