Pros: I have been many times to Echo park but this was by far the best stay !! Check in info so smooth, apartment so clean and amazing breakfast delivered , it’s all new and working well , precisely what you need for a memorable stay , thanks again

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I didn’t see a single insect in the room. The shower pressure was perfect, and I had a very comfortable stay! I would love to stay here again the next time I come to LA.

The perfect hideaway

Pros: It was completely private and the security was excellent. Being within walking distance of Dodger Stadium was also a big deciding factor. The staff were very kind and quick to answer any questions, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely stay here again next summer.

Cons: There weren’t enough towels for our 4-night stay, so we had to do some laundry during the trip. We were told where the extra stock was kept, but it wasn’t clear whether housekeeping would come in or not. This wasn’t really a problem, but it would be even better if that information were clear from the beginning.

Pros: We did appreciate the fire pit, the washing machine and the dryer, the kitchen was well equiped. The place is nice for a couple without kids. A coat rack is just lacking

Cons: It is hard to eat with a little kid inside the house, the kitchen table is too high, the outside table was ok but if not too cold outside while eating.

Pros: The location is great and the apartment was spotless and well equipped. I would definitely come back if im in LA.

Very recommended

Pros: Location few minutes from Echo Park is great. Apartment is like hidden gem, in the city with private yard like terrace. Fully equipped with everything you may need. We will be back for sure- thank you for hospitality and great stay.

Pros: The appartement was spacious, well equipped with quality material and equipment and very confortable! The area was rather quite hut just 3-4 min walk and there were plenty of bars and restaurants in Sunset Blvd as well as an organic grossery shop. The nespresso capsules were appreciated as well as the washing machine and the dryer! We were not far away from downtown, silver lake and Griffith, hence it was ideally located. We totally recommend and the host was very kind ! We also felt very secure with the camera system.

Cons: There was some issues with the app from the garage door opening and it took us some time to be able to go out. It was due to internet connection but we were not made aware of any other alternative to go outside. The system is indeed secure but could be a little bit simpler.

Pros: The location is great and near lots of good bars and cafes on Sunset Blvd.

Cons: The staff were very helpful at resolving some minor issues with access through the rear gate. They resolved the problem extremely quickly on each occasion and were always available through the online chat function.

Good value apartment

Pros: Small but lovely apartment with everything you need including separate double bedroom, full kitchen and walk in shower room. Lovely large outside terrace with atmospheric gas fire. Great to have private parking.

Cons: Echo Park wasn’t as upmarket as we expected.

Great stay in Los Angeles

Pros: Great modern home, well furnished and in an excellent location. Parking on directly on the property was possible . The host was so great - he always answered very quickly and gave some good recommendations. Also the breakfast was very delicious.
