Nice 4 nights stay

Pros: The location was great, close to everything. Shops and public transportation are nearby. Qrea is very quiet and safe. The apartment is very large. Both bedrooms have plenty of space and large beds. The view from the window is beautiful. I liked that there were mosquito nets on every window. The kitchen is very large and well-equipped. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a large table. There was a small pool and jacusi that is very helpul after long day. Despite the flaws, I would probably choose to book it again. This apartment is huge :) I rate it 8.5, but there's no such option on Booking.com.

Cons: The balcony is very small – we're tall, so it wasn't comfortable to sit there. Bedrooms equipment looks a bit used. Not all the electrical switches worked in the rooms, No ventilations in the bathrooms, so after a short shower, everything was steamy. Parking place - we had a tall car (Suburban) and couldn't use the underground parking offered for this apartment because the entrance was height-restricted – there's no information about this on the apartment's website – we had to park on the street, risking a fine. You have to now that after your stay, you are required to clean up after yourself, remove bedding, etc.

Great place to stay

Pros: The best place to stay in LA, this penthouse exceeded our expectations. My family enjoy this place so much, the location is very convenient, private parking garage, kitchen, clean bathroom. Near the tourist attractions, safe environment, clean and spacious. We would like to recommend this place to everyone who plans to go to LA.

Place to be if you visit Los Angeles

Pros: Great location, many spaces and facilities. Easy parking and good communication with the owners.

Spacious and safe family stay.

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment that had plenty room for our family of 5. The building was clean, secure and very well maintained. Very walkable and safe area, close to a supermarket and easy to get to many attractions in LA.

Cons: The only issue we had was a slight miscommunication about the parking spot number but this was easily corrected when we called the property manager.

Short 3 day stay in Los Angeles

Pros: Spacious apartment in a very good and safe neighbourhood (hotels such as Sofitel and SLS are less than 10 min walk), close to grocery shops, can even walk to Golden Triangle - would be about 25-30 min of a nice walk. Parking included.

Cons: The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, could use some more salad bowls, etc.

Pros: L’emplacement idéal, joli quartier et safe ! Le parking est un + même si on peut stationner dans la rue. Super hébergement pour le rapport qualité / prix très spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec goût nous avons vraiment appréciées et nous recommandons. On avait peur que ça soit une arnaque pour le prix mais non ☺️ de + les hôtes sont très réactifs et vous explique très bien comment récupérer le logement c’était simple. Encore merci tout était complet

Cons: Avoir qu’un seul jeu de clé 🔑 un deuxième aurait été plus agréable quand on est plusieurs mais c’est qu’un détail

Pros: We liked the large, comfortable , clean apartment in an excellent location . It was perfect place for my wife and I and our 2 teenagers to explore Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and the surrounding LA area. We liked the clear communication from the hosts and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Spacious apartment for our family trip to LA / Beverly Hills -- easy access to the city!

Pros: Great central location on the edge of Beverly Hills. Quiet street, easy access, and (Alfred) coffee nearby!
