Everything was perfect
Pros: Easy check in, comfortable garage parking, lovely neighbourhood, shops are walking distance.
Cons: Loud AC, too soft beds. I missed a french press coffee maker. The door to the elevator from garage was difficult to open by fob.

Muy buen departamento en una excelente zona.
Pros: El departamento está muy bien y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente. Para ingresar solo tuvimos que seguir las indicaciones. El departamento cuenta con todo, me hubieran gustado un par de cobijas extras, pero no estuvo mal.
Cons: Se escucha el ruido en los demás departamentos. Nos pidieron no caminar después de las 10 pm porque los vecinos alcanzaban a escuchar nuestros pasos y se incomodaban. Me pidieron un depósito previo (que es normal en la mayoría de los hospedajes) pero no tienen un sistema de reembolso automático, tuve que pedirlo un par de semanas despues del viaje porque lo recordé, pero me queda la inquietud de que pude no haberlo recuperado si no lo solicito. Los cuarto son muy oscuros, no tienen suficiente iluminación, hay muy pocos contactos eléctricos.

Although the place wasn’t in the best condition, the location makes up for a lot of it.
Pros: Location was amazing. Very close to Cedars-Sinai and the Beverly Center.
Cons: The bathrooms weren’t in great condition. One had a slow drain. The laundry is communal, which wasn’t very clear in the description. And there weren’t enough hand towels.

Pros: Everything was great the accese was easy parking was provide extra bed sheet was provided extra towel the apartment was clean nicely bed was so comfortable if i had to coem to LA i will chose again the apartment <3

Beautiful place, has some flaws!
Pros: The location was amazing. The staff was nice, I wish that they communicated more regarding issues we were having. The entire place was clean and the beds were super comfortable.
Cons: Parking was eh. We had a suburban and the ceiling is so low in the garage we had to park on the street to avoid the roof of the truck being scratched. Make sure you drive a small suv or car. Upon arrival the ceiling panel in the queen bedroom also looked unfinished. The smoke alarm was detached and wires were exposed. Around the second day of our stay the ceiling collapsed exposing multiple wires that were uncovered. We got in touch with property managers as we had other reasons to contact (wanting to extend our stay). They were able to send maintainence who worked on the ceiling and left it with a panel missing and mess all over the floor. We left him alone in the home and when we came back the mess was still there. The vaccum cleaner inside the home had horrible suction so the mess had to stay there until we checked out. We had children so that entire experience was frightening, one of the kids was in the bathroom adjacent to that ceiling when it fell in. After sending pictures I just assumed more communication regarding our safety would have been had but instead we never received a follow up. I wish we had because this is such a beautiful place. My only other complaint was the loud neighbors. One was talking to themselves at night and it was extremely uncomfortable doing laundry. But i am aware this is out of the property managers control.
