Fenix Hotel Hollywood

Pros: Convenient location. Room had all we needed & if ran short on certain items, staff were on it straight away. Staff were amazing so thank you so much. Every email or message was responded too immediately.

Cons: There's a distinct odour through the building but not noticeable once in our room so that was ok I guess.

Great locationand value for money

Pros: We loved this spot. It was great value for money and easy to check in. We were sent all details including where to park and how to access room before we arrived. The location is easy as well, close walk to hollywood boulevard. It had everything we needed and bed and pillows super clean and comfy.

Cons: The building looks a bit old, and you can hear people in apartment above and out in the hallway. However for the price, we loved it and will be back during our next trip to LA.

Good bang for buck

Pros: The location of Fenix hotel is great. Good information on how to access the hotel and good insights for around Hollywood. The pool was beautiful also and very clean. We appreciated the hotel being in walking distance to the Hollywood walk of fame. The amenities were great within the room we had. Noting it had a washer/ dryer with a full equipped kitchen.

Cons: We didn't have regular cleaning of our room which I assumed there was. Something to bare in mind whilst staying and also no staffing readily available if required.

Good Location and Safe Property

Pros: Rooms have laundry and kitchen, building secured by coded gates.

Cons: You'll need to check in online, providing passport and ID digital. Then, they'll send you access codes to the building gates, which was the only confusing part and the gate to access.

Excellent location, good value.

Pros: The decor was stylish. The pool, sun deck, fire side seating, rooftop room were all added bonuses to a clean comfortable room.

Cons: The front gate was a bit confusing, two keypads.

Pros: It was a clean spacious new flat with everything you need, including a very large fridge and oven, as well as washer and dryer. The parking was good and accessible. The staff was very helpful and responsive when we had a delayed suitcase from our flight to LAX.

Pros: The location and the site facilities. Pool was perfect. Little let down the outside fireplaces were in operable. Great idea if they worked.

Cons: There was some mold on TV cabinet.the staff were great when we raised with them about it. Said they would have cleaners attend to it but this was on our last day. Not sure if it got done.

Amazing location, facilities and amenities for short stay in LA.

Pros: Excellent boutique hotel/apartment, very clean and spacious with all the facilities one would need. Will definitely come again and also recommend to friends and family.

Cons: Parking fees $25 + tax.

Pros: Nice, clean comfortable room with kitchen area. Well decorated with enough towels for our stay. Communication was quick and timely with the hosts. Really good location to Hollywood.

Cons: To many door codes. A minor one but it would be great if the hosts left enough coffee pods for the stay, not just the first day.

Exceeded our expectations for accommodation

Pros: Well located, excellent facilities ,including pool and really helpful staff who are quick to respond (on a Sunday evening ) to a query we had - thank you Easy check in and access systems via codes sent through messages on the bookings.com app
