Pros: The location is super. A magnificent, stylish lobby with a designer interior, everything thought out to the smallest detail, even the aroma. The hallways have a pleasant floor covering. The apartments themselves are spacious and bright, super clean, and feel brand new. The towels and bed linens are crisp white and high-quality, and the mattresses and pillows will satisfy even the most discerning guest. Convenient bathrooms. Spacious walk-in closets with plenty of hangers. Free parking is available in the building itself, with an elevator directly to your floor. There are always plenty of parking spaces, and they are a comfortable width. A detailed video guide for check-in makes everything extremely clear and simple. new washer and dryer

Cons: I liked everything. But if I'm really picky, I'd like to see a hygienic shower. I know it's not common in the US, but it's a very convenient option, and it wouldn't be as comfortable without it.

Very big and bright apartment in great location

Pros: Everything was just perfect! The apartment is huge! Lots of large windows, so much sunlight and very bright. And the views are just stunning!!! You can see Downtown and the hills right from the toilet, and that’s so much fun. Everything was spotless clean with beautiful decor, I loved the plates and the cups, all picked with great taste. I enjoyed communication with the host Caghan, he was super friendly and helped with everything. Best stay in LA so far!

Pros: We absolutely LOVED how perfectly equipped the apartment was! On the first day, we noticed one missing hanger, so we texted the owner—and bam, new ones arrived lightning-fast. Flawless service, period. The communication with the owner was always top-notch too: friendly, attentive, and they jumped to help with any issue, even stuff unrelated to the rental. Location? Couldn’t be better. We walked to the Walk of Fame in no time. Having a dedicated parking spot in the building’s garage was a huge plus, and everything felt brand-new. The pool area is fantastic (love the clubhouse!), and we even got to have packages delivered straight to our door. Just awesome all around!

Cons: Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing—except maybe that our stay was too short!

Clean and spacious

Pros: Great location. Spacious, very clean, host promptly replied to queries and concerns. Definitely my new go-to rental whenever I’m in LA.

Cons: Just a few minor problems like the toilet with flushing problems and the cupboard that suddenly unscrewed and fell.

Pros: We had parking available underneath, apartment was very clean and tidy and also secure. Location was great, close to sight seeing, attractions and supermarkets.

Pros: Wunderschöne helle, moderne und saubere Unterkunft im 4. Stock mit Balkon ung ganztägig Sonne. Die Lage ist super fussläufig 20 min zum Runyon Canyon, Gym und Pool im Haus.

Pros: It was a great stay. The host was very responsive and they were just a message away if needed. The place is close to the center and lots of food, target stores, grocery stores and very close to Universal Hollywood. Parking is free and covered and it felt very safe. We stayed for 6 nights and honestly enjoyed very much. We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids so having separate rooms and bathrooms and a full kitchen was fantastic.

Cons: The beds were a little too hard. And the floor could’ve been cleaner, we kept finding dog hair around but it didn’t bother us too much.

Pros: Nowy apartament, w pełni wyposażony, dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, piękny aneks kuchenny z salonem. W partamencie dostępna pralka, sucharka. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wszystko było super, polecam serdecznie! Ogromny plus za podziemny parking, tuż po zameldowaniu otrzymujesz kartę wjazdu i możesz korzystać z dowolnego miejsca postojowego dla mieszkańców.
