Urban Chic residence in Central LA

Great for an L.A. stay

Pros: Apartment was more than enough for a good L.A. stay. I would definitely stay again. - Beds were very comfortable - Rooms has everything needed as far as pillows, sheets, blankets. - Kitchen had everything needed - Toiletries supplied where very plenty - Location was easy to find - Apartment on a fourth floor with very accesible elevator - Quick response from host to questions or concerns.

Cons: - It would be best if everything was kept inside Booking. Close to the check-in date the property sends a message with an external link to upload ID and last four of credit card, I didn't like having to go through an external link for that. - It's not convenient for receiving deliveries like Amazon or others, as the address you're staying at cannot be used. Instead they give you a different address about 7 minutes away where you have to ship to and then pick up the stuff there. When picking up my deliveries a picture was taken of my passport which I also didn't like much - One of the bathrooms didn't have a lock, which is a bit uncomfortable if you're staying at the property with several people. - It would be great if the rooms could have some drawers or somewhere to place clothes in. at this time there is nothing where to place your stuff, so you're stuck putting your suitcase on the floor and then just having your stuff there during the stay, which is pretty inconvenient. - Didn't like deposits being charged on my card, I've been staying through Booking for some time now and never had to deal with deposits being pre charged on my card. In this case I was charged a deposit for the stay and then another for the parking spot. Now I just hope those get released promptly.

Pros: The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—exactly what you want for a Central LA stay. The space felt modern and welcoming, with everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing visit. The location is super convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and nearby attractions. Even though it’s centrally located, the apartment itself was quiet and comfortable. Check-in was easy, communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting LA.
