Modern Luxury Apartments in the Heart of Los Angeles

Even though it was a good apartment, the lack of internet left my family frustrated.

Pros: The apartment is good, well structured and equipped.

Cons: We weren't happy with some aspects, and even the staff didn't respond. The internet didn't work at any point, and even when we requested a solution, nothing was resolved until we left. It got to the point where our phones were blamed for the downtime, even though we used the internet in other places we stayed in the USA. I received the access code information only half an hour before check-in, which caused me apprehension since I was already in the city. Furthermore, the first information was that the apartment number would be 303, and the final information said it was 404, even though the photos on the reservation were different from the actual room we stayed in, 404. The area around the building made me feel unsafe walking. The apartment floor left my feet black with dirt. The bathroom door handle was broken and fell to the floor when I pressed it, nearly causing an accident. I reported the incident via text message, but I didn't even get a response.

Good for money and convenient location to travel to other areas.

Pros: Location was convenient to other areas and was quiet.

Cons: Shower head was a bit low on pressure.

Good size apparent

Pros: This is a large size apartment in a good location to use as a base for visiting LA. On the edge of Koreatown, about 30 mins drive from downtown LA and 30 mins from the airport. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay, with access to a roof area. We used Uber to get in and out of town, was very easy from the apartment’s location. The contact was quick to respond, access and egress was straightforward.

Cons: As mentioned in previous reviews there is some road noise. LA has issues with homelessness, drugs and loud vehicles just like most cities, but this should not stop you visiting them. The apartment is secure and well maintained.

Great location, great price, great hosts … great!

Pros: Everything we needed. Including some nice extras like noodles, teas, coffees, cleaning essentials. Very easy and well explained check in and quick replies from host.

Pros: Great communication with the host. Apartment exactly as described. Good connection to Hollywood and downtown with the buses.

Pros: the apartment met our expectations. spacious, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds

Cons: the parking lot is quite tight when parking a large SUV. They should improve the speed of refunding the parking deposit. Over 3 weeks is a bit too long.

Pros: excellent location, inside the apartment there are all the comforts ,(coffee machines, washing machine, dryer, quantity of towels ,bathroom set)possibility of parking inside the structure. Quiet place ☺️ self checkin very easy

Great stay!

Pros: Very clean, well equipped, everything that was needed for a family stay was there, plenty of room and sleeping arrangements for everybody.

Cons: Location may be questionable in the first instance, but it honestly would not stop me from staying there again. Relatively close to most of LA or a freeway taking you across LA. Felt safe.

Modern clean well equipped apartment in LA

Pros: Modern facilities with full kitchen washer and dryer. Near to Korea town. Responsive owner.

Cons: Lobby door for elevator is stuck and couldn’t be open from outside or inside. But it’s ok as we took the stairs.
