Beautiful Bright Condo Steps Away from the Beach

GREAT find in LB!!!! Steps from the beach!

Pros: Location Location Location!!!! Perfect for my husband, our granddaughter and me. The apartment is literally steps from the beach, with 2 outdoor patio spaces available. It looked like there was plenty of seating and a bbq and firepit. If we'd had more time, we would have used these!! The apartment is very well appointed - kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of linens and towels - even beach towels. Comfy bed; Large bedroom and bathroom; great living space!

Cons: The entry hallway (from ground level to the unit) is kind of shabby. Some residents put trash in the hall before taking it to the outdoor bins. Old carpet n the hall but it is an old building.

Lovely, leisurely, light and refreshing. Even got to set up a bonfire on private beachfront property to wrap up the stay

Pros: Location was beautiful, literally a staircase with steps all the way down to the beach. Very sunny in a comfy village like environment.

Cons: I had one plumbing snafu , but owners came as soon as possible to address. Parking was a pain, but that situation was explained well before I booked. I just couldn’t budget time well with the public parking spot lottery.

If you do not need a car or can Uber this is a nice place to stay.

Pros: Condo was very clean and comfortable and easy access to the beach.

Cons: The biggest problem is there is no parking. I came back from work around 10:30 pm and had to walk about 15 minutes in the dark to the condo. I did not feel safe. Also, the Kuerig is old and not really usable.

Pros: Excellent location, host is friendly, helpful, accessible! Loved it!!!

Worked for what we needed and was nicely decorated

Pros: It’s very cute on the inside and well equipped for most your basic needs. Beds were comfortable and it did have 2 portable A/C units

Cons: The parking was difficult and was a long walk to carry all of your things. I think biggest con was that The water was so far away from the property….There is a TON of sand to walk through and a very very steep staircase to get down to the beach level.

A welcome place to recharge

Pros: Good location, big enough All the things where well thought out From coffee to shampoo or extras in the bathroom it made you feel welcome Also they responded fast to messages

Cons: I hesitate to use the door to the beach to go out and come back That might be only me not the property the lock seem difficult to manage

Excellent home away from home for race weekend.

Pros: Perfect location for race weekend-close proximity to track and food. Comfortable bed and couch. Excellent accommodation s!

Cons: Neighbors had noisy dogs. Projector in the bedroom took a while to figure out how to operate; maybe include some instructions. Also, it was hard to view during the day because of the brightness in the room. But the good outweighs the inconvenient by a lot!

Pros: Excellent communication with our host! Comfortable accommodations! Location is near the beach, food, and tons of attractions!

Cons: No parking!

Value for money in a good location

Pros: The space was most welcome. The place as a whole was very comfortable.

Cons: Not much to complain about.
