We were happy to stay here and would again.

Pros: It was a pleasant, quiet and comfortable apartment that had everything we needed for our week. Well provisioned, comfy bed and good area. There are bars and restaurants/cafes nearby. We used it to relax after a long West to East Coast and back again driving Holiday. We had a dedicated parking spot next door for $10 a day which we were happy with. Blanca let us have a late check out that gave us a little more time before our drive to LAX.

Cons: Just a slight hiccup with the key box code but was sorted out and we got access. We gave up on the in house Laundry and went to Super Suds on Alamitos who were very helpful.

Comfortable thoughtfully appointed apartment close to Long Beach amenities

Pros: Some great advice and local information from the host. Very clear instructions. Secure. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Thoughtful and pleasing aesthetic. Easy access to public transport and Long Beach amenities.

Cons: Nothing but couldn’t find the iron!

Pros: Nice communication with host, safe area, spacious for 2 people, and plenty of amenities like cooking and bathroom supplies.

Cons: Parking issue needs to improve. Luckily I found free parking on the street.

Great experience overall. We would stay here again

Pros: It was very cute with a water fountain and garden area. Convenient to convention center.

Cons: No washer and dryer. A/C didn’t work as well as I hoped but it was better than nothing.

I came from out of town to a festival and booked this last minute. So worth it !

Pros: I love that the communication was great and the place was beautiful. Parking was not a problem either!

Cons: No problems to share.

There for a daughter's event, but it felt more like a beach vacation from home.

Pros: Ease of entry process. Had everything from the necessities to some handy kitchen items to excellent decor.

Cons: Parking, but it wasn't hard. Just a gamble to leave a good spot once you found one! Ha!

We would stay at this property again, and plan to.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious. It's well furnished with many personal touches.

Cons: Parking is a bit iffy. We chose the property location because it is close to downtown and shoreline attractions, and we planned to walk a lot and leave the car parked most of the time. We never found street parking available near the property. The public lot next door was available and convenient for $44 / 24 hours. The property description mentions the public lot overnight fee of $7, and the theoretical availability of curbside parking, but the reality is it's necessary to pay for daytime public parking either in the next door lot or a city garage a couple blocks away. It would be better to clearly understand that going in. Also, the public lot next to the building is off limits on Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm. We checked out on a Sunday and with no available street parking were forced to leave the area at 8 am to avoid a parking violation so we checked out much earlier than we wished.

Cute place, that is close to the action of Long Beach.

Pros: I liked that it was close to the pier and getting to Catalina. It had all the amenities we needed. I enjoyed the cute little court with its tropical vibe and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The parking situation is terrible. There needs to be access to some kind of parking, especially at night. It felt a little unsafe to have to walk from a garage to the apartment.

Cute comfy and private.

Pros: The mattress on the bed was the best. The whole place was super cute. It had everything you would need to cook, pots pans dishes. It felt private and safe with the extra door to the building.

Cons: Parking was hard. There were no available spots on the street. There was a parking area next to the building but it was only overnight parking and Sunday excluded.
