Oasis in heart of Hollywood

Pros: I loved everything about this place. It was homely, it was clean, it had everything I needed and it was perfectly located for all my needs. Trader Joe’s being downstairs was so handy.

Pros: Situated in a convenient location, nice amenities and cozy apartment. Free parking and a trader joes just below.

Pros: The owner is very helpfull. All facility (kitchen, washing machine, AC/heater) are working well. Fitness center has a good set of equipment. Dedicated parking.

Fantastic location, clean, and modern apartment with a great host.

Pros: The location was great, literally near everything you'd need and the parking was free and convenient. David was super helpful and always a call away if we had any issues. All the facilities in the apartment are modern and the place is very clean. Also, it was really nice to have a walk in wardrobe where we could leave all out luggage.

Cons: Nothing, David was great. I'd say perhaps it would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom.

lovely spot in LA close to most things with safe secure parking

Pros: A lovely place to stay in an even better location. Only 10mins drive from universal. David was very accommodating and had met us before checking in and even helped carried our bags to the room. Provided all the info needed. Has pool and gym and free secure parking. I would stay here again

Cons: If i am being picky, the pillows in the room are soft so we found it difficult to sleep as the bed isn't the biggest for a couple. Otherwise everything else was perfect, thank you

As good as it gets.

Pros: Where do we start. David met us on arrival, and introduced us to the apartment. He was a great host, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating to our needs. The complex is exceptional, with pool, gym, and outdoor relaxation area,, including barbeques. .Location is excellent for walking to the character Hollywood boulevard area, and for catching the hop on/Hop off busses which are the best way to get around LA. A real bonus is having an excellent Trader Joe's just around the corner, where you could get everything you needed for self catering in the exceptional kitchen.Most comfortable bed we've ever slept in!

Cons: Nothing whatsoever.

Pros: It's convenient to have a laundry machine and a dryer. The kitchen was also well equipped with cookers and various spices. Liked the gym and the pool.

Highly recommend this accommodation

Pros: We were looking for a good location westside in LA, and this accommodation was perfect. There was a cafe and small supermarket downstairs. It very conveniently included a carpark which was great, as we had a hire car. It was easy to get to other parts of LA from here - albeit through traffic. The apartment was really nicely furnished, and very clean - looked exactly like the pictures in terms of quality & size. We also enjoyed the outdoor area on the same level as the apartment, as well as good wifi access given we were doing some work while there.

Cons: The only drawback was, with the apartment block being pet friendly, some pet owners didn't seem overly concerned about managing their pets at times, as there was some carpet staining in places. But the building services did what they could to address this. And really, it was a minor issue. It did not impact the inside of the apartment at all!

Cons: The AC with the crappy google nest is very poor. Struggled every day to reset and pick desired cooling.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, propre et le nécessaire de cuisine minimum est fourni, l’immeuble est très sécurisé et très bien équipé également avec piscine, terrasse, salle de sport…
