Beautiful apartment once we got in

Pros: It had everything you could possibly want. Beautiful decor, very comfortable

Cons: As there is no reception we had to follow numerous steps to locate a key/fob and park our car. The written instructions weren’t clear to us and the photos were tricky as we were unfamiliar with the location and it was getting dark. You cannot park at the entrance to the garage as people are coming and going, but there is no parking in the street. Once you find the fob/key you leave the car, parked illegally, and navigate to the room, then go back to the car to get into the garage. Had we not just come off a long flight and queued at Hertz for an hour we may have managed it better

Super comfortable and well-located apartment

Pros: Excellent location, comfortably furnished including the kitchen and washing. Nice pool and jacuzzi in the complex.

Great studio in a nice block of apt with great facilities

Pros: Great location - 6 min from Hollywood/ Vine metro stop, 5 min walking from Hollywood Hall of Fame. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops/markets nearby. Great underground free parking spot. The studio looks very nice, just like in the photos. It’s very cozy, spacious, well equipped with everything you could need, it has big windows so it’s sunny and there is natural light the whole day. The balcony has view to the swimming pool. We enjoyed having our coffee there in the sun. Bed is comfortable and the bedroom has a dressing room attached, very useful. You have access to all building facilities such as swimming pool, heated jacuzzi (amazing), a big and well-equipped gym (loved it). Owners were very nice, and communication went smooth with them. They were also flexible about check-in and check-out, we really appreciate that, thank you so much. We had complimentary water and a welcome note 😊

Cons: We had an issue when checking in, as security lady downstairs did not want to let us in until Mary came (it was self-check-in). She was talking a lot and trying to scare me that area is not safe, owners might not be the real owners, and they might steal from us our stuff or even the car. But luckily Mary was online even if we have arrived after midnight. She came at that time and helped me get in the apartment, thank you so much. There were no issues at all after that! We were almost to contact booking to ask to cancel the reservation because of the security lady. Be careful in the area as there are a lot of homeless people who might start talking to you or following you home. Try not to walk around after sun goes down or late in the evening. Or just use the car only and you are safe. Shower was a bit strange as there is no shower hose, but it’s not the first time seeing this in America, so I guess it’s a common thing here (see photo).

Pros: Decoration was great. Clean and comfortable. Free parking.

Cons: We had a big problem when we tr to enter apartment. Silly security didnt accept us. We had to wait 1,5 hours in the lobby. Finally home owner come and they let us come in the house.

A nicely kept, spacious apartment in a great location, very well worth the price.

Pros: The property was spotless and everything was well prepared before our arrival. During the booking process the host communicated very clearly and answered all questions I had promptly. There was ample stock of blankets, pillows, and even laundry supplies/coffee for the stay. The host was always reachable and could respond to my questions at any time, I never felt that I wasn't taken care of.

Cons: Some of the check in directions could have been a bit more specific - for example the parking instructions and how to get to the designated spot could have been explained better but that was more the fault of the building parking being not clear. It's obvious when you do it the first time. The other thing was the keyfob system used by the building - I wasn't able to access the gym with the provided keyfob, nor was the keyfob system explained clearly, but all elevators and doors are keyed to the fob.

Pros: The place seems to be brand new, everything is nice and clean. Beautifuly decorated and it has everything you need. Love the pool aera. Easy to walk to food shops and restaurants. Great communication with the host.
