Beautiful property, absolutely immaculate location. Perfect end to our holiday.

Pros: Absolutely brilliant location, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the famous Santa Monica pier. Great facilities at the including a great TV, a modern large kitchen. The rooftop pool was perfect. Very friendly neighbours and a very secure location. Lots of nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops very close by.

Tolle Wohnung in idealer Umgebung. Wir haben es geliebt.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist ideal für eine Familie. Es ist sehr ruhig in dem Komplex. Es ist sehr komfortabel und man fühlt sich sicher. Die Lage ist ideal und nur wenige Schritte zum Santa Monica Strand.

Buena ubicación, cómoda estadía y bien equipado

Pros: Apreciamos que el alojamiento estuviera ubicado cercano a la playa y al muelle de santa Mónica, además de contar con zona de lavandería, su cocina bien equipada con hervidor eléctrico, la limpieza del alojamiento y las camas cómodas

Kurzer Stopp in LA in Strandnähe

Pros: Sehr tolle Lage, nur zwei Blocks vom Strand entfernt und nur ca. 15 Minuten zum Santa Monica Pier.

Cons: Kommunikation zum Check-In sollte plötzlich per Telefonanruf erfolgen. Auch musste im Vorfeld zusätzlich für 20$/Tag der Parkplatz in der Garage bezahlt werden und es sollte ein Screenshot der Bezahlbestäigung an eine Telefonnummer gesendet werden, die jedoch nicht bei WhatsApp registriert war. Warum war keine E-Mail möglich? Die Bestätigung über Zahlung per PayPal müsste der Empfänger automatisch bekommen, warum dann nochmal eine Bestätigung senden? Parkplatz und entsprechende Zugangskarte war am Zimmerschlüssel mit dran. Da stellt sich mir die Frage, ob der Parkplatz nicht sowieso zum Apartment gehört und nicht noch hätte extra bezahlt werden müssen. Unnötig und sehr kundenunfreundlich.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. Location is great. Plenty of space. The bed and furniture are comfortable.

Cons: The elevator had a funky smell. The light in the bathroom by the washer/dryer wouldn’t turn off.
