Pros: The host was very quick with responses. The property was extremely clean and had everything you could need.

Cons: It was not located where bookings.com had originally advised

It was pleasure staying with you, i’d love to come back again

Pros: The location is really 5-7 min walk to the Santa Monica’s Pier, if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on cafes or restaurants—the kitchen is a great solution + target and trader’s joe is a minute walk. The apartment itself, all designed with taste, bedrooms,bathrooms -it was really pleasure spending a holiday in such place.

Cons: The dining chairs are staggering a bit, some of sockets are not working. All windows are facing with another building windows and their inner patio

Pros: Хорошие апартаменты в тихом районе Санта-Моника. Отличный хозяин. Предоставил нам парковочное место, что было очень важно. На все вопросы ответил очень оперативно. Нам все понравилось. На кухне было все необходимое и даже больше, за что отдельное спасибо.

Pros: Położenie, wyposażenie kuchni i całego apartamentu, miejsce parkingowe w garażu w cenie. Bliskość atrakcji, metra, sklepu Target. Bezpieczny i czysty budynek Polecam

Cons: Wszystko ok W ostatniej chwili dostaliśmy info o zmianie apartamentu (ze względu na awarię w rezerwowanym), ale ten wg właściciela dostaliśmy lepszy

Pros: PARCHEGGIO COMPRESO INTERRATO.La posizione molto vicina a Santa Monica Beach e alla Promenade. Ottimo appartamento con piano cottura, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, bollitore, tostapane, forno e frigorifero. 2 camere con bagno privato. Una camera con letto king con vasca e doccia e una con letto Queen con doccia e vasca assieme. Asciugamani e asciugacapelli. Struttura molto pulita e ben curata. Zona molto sicura senza senzatetto...Consigliatissima!!!
