Cost, comfortable and clean

Pros: Loved our stay- the staff were always available to assist. Location was great, just near a Trader Joes to get food when needed, it was clean and very cosy. Beds were very comfortable, and loved having a washing machine available to use.

Amazing, like a dream.

Pros: Everything was just like in the photos. Close to the sea, a shared heated pool, and the terrace had an amazing view. Words can’t even describe it. It was a wonderful holiday that started with a warm welcome. I’d definitely recommend it!

Great stay; lots of amenities! Much better than any hotel or single residence.

Pros: Great location, comfortable accommodations and rooftop area was terrific! Gym, steam room and sauna were greatly appreciated!

Cons: Some noise from being in the city, but not bad.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, bright, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. We had 4 persons and everyone had space. WIFI was good, location was central with even a Trader Joes 2 minutes away, parking in the building, (extra cost) was convenient. Rooftop area with pool was gorgeous but pool is small. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Pros: Alles mega, sehr chickes Apartment. Unglaublich ist die Rooftoplandschaft mit Pool, vielen Sitzecken, Lounges, Feuerstellen, Grillplätzen, Kräutergarten, Hunde-Ausführecke!!?? Billard, Schach, Kinderspielplatz und das alles mit Blick aufs Meer, das Pier, die Santa Monica Mountains, die Skyline, usw,, usw. Dann kommt man auch noch zu Fuss überall in Santa Monica hin, im UG des Hauses ist ein leckerer Bio Supermarkt... Wir wollten das Haus am liebsten gar nicht verlassen.

Muy bonito y cómodo

Pros: Un apartamento precioso, cómodo y muy bien equipado, cerca de la playa y tiendas.

Cons: Faltan persianas o algo para poder oscurecer los dormitorios, a las 6 de la mañana ya es de día. También una de las habitaciones da a la calle y es bastante ruidoso.
