Confy room, good location and free parking

Pros: Self check-in/out with simple and direct instructions from the host. Stayed there only for a night. Easy walkable distance to Santa Monica Pier. Really Confortable room. Free parking was A GREAT plus as the garage was easy to park and saved us a lot of hassle.

Pros: So well equipped with everything you would need for the stay. Location is the best as very close to the beach, restaurants, shopping malls etc. I loved it here.

Pros: The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great.

Cons: Some temporary construction going on but not really an issue for us.

Pros: Super location. Soft and cozy mattress. You literally have everything in this room, all the kitchenware and washing machine with dryer. Shampoo and cosmetics stuff.

Cons: The elevator wasnt working, but it wasnt the landlords fault. In the evening some unpleasant people hang around near the parking area. Its better not to walk there- it doesent feel safe.

Pros: Host sent pictures that explained the process of getting the keys and parking your car.

Cons: A little more information on how the keys work in the front to get would be useful. It took me a few minutes to realize the elevator token also worked in the front to unlock the front apartment door.
