Hollywood Business Apartments

Pros: Location and ease of chek in process and free secured parking

Cons: The air conditioning in one of the room was not workung

Our third stay here. Always good.

Pros: The bed is so large and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the lounge is comfortable.

Cons: Noisy early in the mornings. Also people were using the laundry late at night, around 11pm and we could hear the noise of the machines and dryers as our apartment was above the laundry.

Great apartment and location

Pros: Comfortable extra large bed, all kitchen appliances were available and the location is amazing. Great apartment overall, will definitely book there again. Staff is very helpful.

Cons: Windows were hard to open, blinds fell down but they were able to fix them the same day. It'd be awesome if they install proper curtains instead of blinds. Hair dryer wasn't there but staff brought it once I asked for it. Parking is available too. Walls aren't well insulated, we could clearly neighbours talking.

Very good stay

Pros: It has everything you need. Clean and very good location. Parking inside for your car.

Cons: The only thing as a disadvantage was the soundproof. No soundproof.

Pros: Great value for money - convenient location, outdoor pool, spacious and clean rooms, mart (Gelson's) nearby. Had pretty much eveything I needed. Great place to stay, would definitely recommend.

Cons: Only thing was that it's not very sound proof, but honestly, I felt like that's trivial, especially considering the affordable price and how everything else was great.

Very comfortable stay and excellent priced

Pros: Very spacious, clean and well decorated apartment. The kitchen has all the bits and bobs you need if you’d like to cook a meal yourself. Very close to Hollywood boulevard. The owners give you precise instructions how to get into the apartment without contact, and other instructions are clear. Good working airco.

Cons: The pool a bit of an upgrade but water was clean. However this has nothing to do with the apartment.

Recommended

Pros: any keys with you. The property is at 40 minutes drive from LAax airport if no traffic, and just a little bit over an hour on rush hour. Very easy check in into the apartment. No keys needed to open the door. Door smart locker which opened with a code. Very easy and helpful as no need to carry. The apartment provides a private parking space in the back of the property which is very helpful as the area does not have much parking space. However, you can also park in the front of the property if any space is available. Close by to supermarket at walking and 5 minute drive distance. You can also easily walk to few restaurants and bars. Around 25 minutes walk to Walk of Fame and 60 minutes to Chinese Theatre and Dolby Theatre. Comfortable bed, enough storage space, TV and kitchen appliances. Great communication with host.

Cons: The windows seemed to be made of hard plastic which was a little bit weird as they were facing the outside and looked easy to break. However, is a very quiet area and we had no problems at all.

Pros: The apartment was so beautiful and SO spacious!! Loved my stay - terrific location, walked to Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, Franklin Village (with beautiful cafes, restaurants, book stores, health food store and supermarket). Lovely and private/safe apartment block with gorgeous pool and felt very secure.

Pros: Location is great. close to freeway while still quiet at night. Parking lot is easy to access.

Pretty good

Pros: Location, quiet, roomy, very friendly and helpful owner. Great kitchen. Walking distance from Hollywood Blvd, Griffith Park and food market.

Cons: A number of power sockets don’t work. We were a family of 4 and would have appreciated sheets for the blow up bed so that our kids could sleep separately. Floor needed a good mop but the rest of the property was clean.
