Pros: Perfect location, lovely spacious, clean apartment and great facilities.

Cons: Slightly strict on the rules. No guests and no smoking on the balcony but understandable as it is an apartment building.

Splendido comodo appartamento.

Pros: L'edificio è pulito e accogliente come l'appartamento che si raggiunge con l' ascensore, dopo accesso al posto auto riservato in garage chiuso. Gli infissi pur essendo datati tengono perfettamente il vento e sono dotati di zanzariere, ma non abbiamo visto né mosche né zanzare a febbraio. Faceva insolitamente freddo per L.A. tipo meno di 10 gradi la mattina presto, ma con i due climatizzatori (molto rumorosi con tutti quelli americani) con funzione anche di riscaldamento la casa era sufficientemente calda. Comodissima per due persone, credo ne accolga fino a quattro.

Cons: Il bagno manca di riscaldamento e una stufetta elettrica portatile sarebbe utile in caso di giorni freddi .

חוץ מבירוקרטיות מעיקות השהות הייתה מצויינת.

Pros: *יש חניה צמודה לדירה. *דירה מאובזרת ונקייה. *חדר שינה עם דלת מופרדת מהסלון. *כיור מופרד מחדר שירותים ואמבטיה כך שניתן להשתמש בכיור מבלי לפגוע בפרטיות של מי שכרגע בשרותים או מתקלח. *האחראית על הדירה שלנו הייתה מאוד נחמדה והייתה זמינה בטלפון לכל שאלה שצצה גם שלא קשורה ישירות לדירה. *דירה עם שני כיווני אוויר. *מרפסת מאוד נחמדה. אהבתי לשתות את כוס הקפה שלי בבוקר במרפסת. *יחסית למרכז הרחוב די שקט וחדר השינה עורפי ודי שקט. *לא הרגשנו בעיה בביטחון האישי להגיע לדירה בשעות מאוחרות.

Cons: *אין דלפק 24 שעות ויש לתאם את ההגעה. באתר היה מצויינת רק שעת ההתחלה של ה-checkin ולא שעת סיום. רק לאחר ההזמנה (ללא אפשרות ביטול) הבננו שיש תוספת תשלום לcheckin ולא ניתן כלל לבצע checkin אחרי חצות. *צורת העמדת האשראי קצת מסורבלת. או ע\
