Great location and classic vibes

Pros: Spacious house on a quiet street in a trendy neighborhood. Lovely terrace and classic old American style. Parking permit included (a must-have).

Cons: Maintenance is lacking (rusty windows won't open, dusty old AC). Kitchen is poorly equipped (only found one cup). The dirty bath mat could really use a wash and the bed is way too soft. Even with the wear and tear, the pros outweighed the cons and we would stay here again.

Superb Location but unfortunately has shortcomings

Pros: Fantastic location. Very close to Sunset Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard. Close to supermarket and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the outside area was really nice, we did use it every day (note the furniture is different to the photos - one table and two chairs). Communication with host was good with easy instructions on how to get into property.

Cons: This property has a lot of potential. Firstly, the kitchen could be better organised, unfortunately there was only one mug for coffee and the cutlery and cooking utensil draw very messy. Agree with a previous review, very dirty clothes under the sink. I used the paper towels to dry everything after washing. It was fine for us for the 3 nights, we worked around the issues. All the window sills do need a good clean.

Good location, comfy house

Pros: Host was welcoming and responsive, helped us when we couldn’t open the closet door and let us check out late too :) Beds were comfy, the place was spacious, and there were areas to hang out as well. Walking distance from nice stores, restaurants and supermarket.

Cons: Floor was dusty (but house slippers were provided) and some of the door handles were a bit rusty so be careful about opening and closing the doors too hard!

Pros: Excellent location, lovely spacious house, had wifi, coffee machine and washing machine

Cons: Towels were musty, oven did not turn on so we couldn’t cook some of the food we bought, was a bit dark as there was only 1 lamp and no overhead lighting in the bedrooms

Pros: The location was great with free parking . It was easy to walk to restaurants and bars. It was very close to the bus stops too. It was very quaint with original features in an historic area. Very large with two separate bedrooms.

Cons: It was a bit cold in the bedrooms at first but the owner was so helpful in getting a heater and extra blankets.

Pros: Ótima acomodação com todo o essencial pra cozinhar e fazer o dia a dia mais fácil

Cons: Nada específico tudo estava bom. Recomendo principalmente para famílias

Es war gut möglich, sowohl Hollywood als auch etliche andere Stadtteile von L.A. zu entdecken.

Pros: Eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage in Westhollywood; schöne Umgebung und freundliche Nachbarn. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz. Ein schöner Freisitz auf der kleinen Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und Lesen ein.

Pros: La petite maison est charmante ; un emplacement super et de jolies fleurs devant la maison.

Cons: Il manque un peu de vaisselle et le système d’éclairage d’un chambre avait des soucis mais le lieu est parfait!

Pros: Great location, quiet, safe, nearby parking with residence pass. Cute apartment, wood floors.

Cons: Towels were musty and old; no furniture in bedrooms except for bed. Bathroom light fixture hanging at head height.
