Great location

Pros: The location was perfect, very close to 3rd st prom, the pier and plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Lack of access information left me panicking before my long haul flight. More mugs/cups for coffee would have meant we could all have a coffee in the morning.

Great spot, recommended for family stay in Santa Monica ! Shawn is an amazing and helpful owner !

Pros: Great and comprehensive instruction how to get the a place. Flawless contact with the owner (with helpful recommendations of places to visit). The location is amazing, close to everything. The property is big and comfortable, with easy access and parking. I would come back definitely.

Cons: I liked everything. Maybe just a view from a balcony is not exactly as on a picture,still it is a really minor comment.
