Pros: The apartment is very well positioned, in an area where you have access to all the relevant points of the city. The contact person was very kind and efficient in remedying some deficiencies.

Cons: It must be mentioned that the apartment is small, the bathroom looks bad (it needs an urgent renovation/modernization) and for those who have issues with dust it’s a real challenge … uncleaned dust is found everywhere but especially in bathroom, bedroom and in the ventilation grilles.

Comfortable

Pros: It was a good location, quiet and safe. Having a swimming pool on the roof was a plus as the weather was hot. Supermarket really close and good cooking facilities. Host was very responsive and gave advice on where to store our bags after check out as we had a late evening flight

Cons: That other guest took their large dogs into the pool area and had them swimming in the pool, didn't respect the other guests using the space and were loud, eating and drinking alcohol even though there were signs saying this was not allowed. The apartment itself is a little smaller than how it looks in the photos but was still great.

Pros: Very Nice place. All included. Great location and great owner

it was alright .

Pros: Well , instructions were emailed / watapped with pictures . But the keys were kept remotely 2 blocks away from apartment. and despite the instructions, at night time with a rented car and a 9 hr flight . it was frustration to find the keys. the host was busy with personal dinner and couldn't not attend to the issues . it took some figuring out in the cold . But i think LA apartments are mostly like that . automated.

wonderful apartment in a great location!

Pros: The apartment was clean, tidy and has all the facilities you need. The bed was really comfortable and the A/C worked well so i slept great every night! Location is amazing, target is opposite the road, the shops are a 5 minute walk away and the beach is a 10 minute walk away. I had no issues with noise either. When i needed to contact the host, they responded really quickly. I would definitely stay here again :)

Good location in Santa Monica

Pros: The apartment was as described, nice, clean and stylish. The house itself is less maintained, but ok. We could park our car in the garage. Nearby we found supermarkets and good restaurants, even the beach was in walking distance.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the center of Santa Monica. Close to the beach and all attractions. There are a lot of nice restaurants around (the owner Shawn sent me the contact details). Great contact with the owner. Apartment with a garage, finished in an elegant style. Quiet and comfortable. A building with a common area on the roof - swimming pool, jacuzzi, grill, deckchairs and relaxation area. We spent 3 special days there. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in SM and I will gladly come back

Comfortable, secure, well-priced accommodation in a great location.

Pros: Location was great, close to beach, pier, shopping. Extra bonus was having supermarkets close by. Host was excellent, providing easy to understand instructions, & answering questions within minutes of being asked. Would stay again.

Cons: Air conditioning is very noisy and can't open double glazed windows for fresh air as too much road noise.

Relaxing and stunning!

Pros: It was extremely clean, the host Shawn was amazing and he always answered within minutes. The apartment is absolutely stunning and the building as well.
