Pros: We had a wonderful stay here - the place is in walking distance to everything you need (bus, metro, restaurants, coffee shops) and it has everything you need for your stay. Dev went above and beyond for us - couldn’t be more grateful and can definitely recommend the place to everyone who wants to explore LA. Thanks again for everything, Dev!

Pros: Best kitchen amenities in any accommodation I've stayed at!! I was thoroughly amazed at how there were baking trays, oven mitts, a can opener and other basic utensils. A Brita filter jug, ketchup and butter were included in the fridge and Pantene shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Dishwashing liquid and a sponge as well as a First-Aid Kit and an iPhone charger and plug were also included- all of this was amazing and unexpected. Plenty of space, a comfy bed, amazing views of DTLA and the famous US Capitol building from the bed and the rooftop terrace at night! Modern TV able to access Netflix and YT Dimmable lights and fast WiFi Well-furnished and industrial-themed decor, creating a homely and cozy vibe Very friendly host who replied to my questions instantaneously Very close to the popular attraction in DTLA, Perishing Square Subway Station and a 3-minute walk to Bus 460 to Disneyland Definitely will go back when visiting LA next time!
Cons: At times in the late evening and occasionally in the middle of the night, I could hear people yelling/screaming from outside. It awoke me once but was able to fall back asleep instantly as the bed was so comfy.

Pros: 地下鉄の駅が近く、便利だった。 キッチン用品など必要なものは揃っていて、不便は感じなかった。 お湯の出がよく快適でした。
Cons: 外の音が結構聞こえました。（耳栓の提供はありがたかった） ホテルの正確な住所などは前日連絡せてもらえたが、もう少し早い方が行動計画が立てやすくて良かった。

Amazing spot and would stay here again!
Pros: Great location, enjoyed the hot tub, AC was perfect, they saged the house which was awesome, the bathroom was great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated how responsive Dev was the entire time! We would absolutely stay here again. We accidentally locked ourselves out (super smart) and Dev saved the day! 10/10 customer service.
Cons: Nothing - everything was great.

Urban Charm apartment is cozy, perfect for an LA visit for a couple, great location.
Pros: The location was fantastic. Right around the corner from my daughter's apartment, the reason I chose this location. The Grand Central Market is just a few steps away with so many food choices for everyday of the week. Very walkable apartment location to Whole Foods, CVS. Tons of buses to get around.
Cons: I do cook, so perhaps more cooking tools would've been nice, ei; measuring cups & spoons. Although there was instant coffee, a real coffee maker would be a big plus!

便利なロケーションでダウンタウンの住人になった気分になれます。
Pros: セントラルマーケットが近く、バス停も直ぐでロケーションは良かったです。 溺れそうに大きな浴槽でしたが、栓が無かったのでシャワーだけでした。シャワーは温度も水圧も十分でした。155cmの私は背伸びしてやっとシャワーの圧を変更できる高さについています。 タオルもシャンプー類(Trader Joe's)やヘアドライヤー、冷蔵庫、包丁、まな板、電子レンジ、カトラリーや食器類も完備されていて自炊も可能なので、円安のこの時期、食事代が少し浮かせました。ベッド横両方にアウトレットがあったので、ベッドに寝ころんで充電しながらスマホを見られます。WiFiもすぐ繋がり、サクサク動いてくれました。大型TVもあり！
Cons: 個人差があるとは思いますがベッドが少し柔らか目。 ベッドは毛布一枚でした。空調よりは毛布がもう一枚あった方が過ごしやすかったと思います。朝晩は冷えるので空調を付けて過ごしました。空調の音は少しうるさいです。 それより、バスルームの換気扇の音が少しきになりました。

Bon emplacement très bien desservi, avec un bel espace de vie
Pros: Beaucoup d'espace avec un énorme charme, décoration épurée et de bon goût, literie & serviettes propres, shampoing/gel douche/papier toilette. Immeuble sécurisé et très accessible avec le métro et plein de bus juste à côté. Jacuzzi avec belle vue en rooftop.
Cons: Il manquait quelques équipements dans la cuisine (poêle supplémentaire, casseroles). Mauvaise isolation (on entend tout).

Doskonały . Tego oczekiwaliśmy . Było lepiej niż w naszym hotelu w Las Vegas - gdzie zatrzymałyśmy się na 2 tygodnie
Pros: Piękny loft, przestronny i wygodny. Super wykończony, zachowane elementy ( podłoga , okna, gniazdka elektryczne) mają historię . Dodatki - widać kobiecą dłoń( obrazy , odpromiennik, dobór koloròw, zapach)
Cons: Wszystko na plus
