Pros: Exceeded our expectations. Everything was tidy and fairly clean, with a comfortable bed. The TV worked perfectly and had access to streaming platforms such as Netflix. The air conditioning was a little noisy, but it worked very well and kept the apartment cool. The building was also pleasantly quiet, with very little noise from the neighboring apartments. The pool was a bit of a walk away, but it was large and enjoyable, and we also appreciated having free access to both the pool and the gym. You can enjoy the view of the skyscrapers at the and of the floor.

Cons: The keys were stored in a lockbox attached to a lamppost, positioned just a few inches from the ground. To open it and retrieve the keys, it was necessary to use gloves, as the area had a strong smell of urine. This is an unhygienic and unsuitable location for key collection.

Even with minor issues they were in no way unreasonable and definitely easy to overlook for convenience and price of the

Pros: I loved the space itself, it was clean and felt put together and comfortable to hang out in with good temperature controls, not to mention access to an outdoor lounge area and a pool with rec center. I would stay there again for sure. Plus the instructions on the check in list are very clear and easy to follow

Cons: The elevator had some issues on the last day and there was difficulty some days finding parking in the near vicinity. Along with minor issues navigating the complex itself, besides getting to our room. The only other minor thing was locating the keys to the place (right across the street from the entrance to the building there’s the street that holds the keys, on the left hand side of the street facing away from the building, second wooden pole when walking down the street at foot level) use the photo with the building across the street from the keys to locate easily. Also make sure to use the digital keypad on the door and type the visitor code you find on the check in instructions.

Pros: Amazing location. (Parking/rail station not far/good road links)(nice little shops/restaurants nearby) Accommodation has good facilities - fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Coffee machine. Washer/dryer. TV. Accommodation is very comfortable.

Pros: Little Tokyo was in walking distance and there was plenty of street and garage parking.

My stay in this apt was perfect it was excellent it was a very calm and peaceful atmosphere.

Pros: I booked last minute & they got me situated fast & simple. It’s in a nice area in DTLA, check in was easy & the host was very accommodating. I had a comfortable stay & would do it again 👍🏽

Solid apartment in a industrial chic part of town.

Pros: The location is in a industrial chic area with bars and coffee shops. It is about 15-20 min. walk from Union Station, which can be reached affordably by bus from LAX. The apartment is spacious for 2 people, has everything you need but no more. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is spacious for 2. No issues with city noise at all. The curtains on the windows do let a decent amount of light in, even at night, but its a minor issue. All in all a solid 8/10. A few homey touches here or there would make it feel more welcoming and bring it to a 10, but no major issues at all. Functionally it met every need.
