Pros: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They really went the extra mile!

Cons: Some rooms and balconies overlook the interior car park. Recommend breakfast at the Marriott (10 minute walk) or yoghurt bar nearby

Hotel overlooking the beach

Pros: The hotel over looked the beach and had a balcony.

Cons: It only had one chair and as we were couple we could have done with 2 chairs.

Fully enjoyed my time in Santa Monica.

Pros: The ocean view right in front of me was uplifting. All the staff were very kind, and the room was well-equipped with bathrobes and amenities, making my stay very comfortable.

Good stay with great lication

Pros: The location is great just opposite Santa Monica Pier. The staff are very friendly and eventually the valet parking is very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. Facilities are good.

Excellent location, brilliant staff

Pros: Great friendly staff, lovely rooms and a great location. Also it was my sons and moms birthday whilst away had a try of goodies and a hand written card from the staff. Such a lovely touch. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Very thoughtful amenities provided. Great location. 10/10 for customer service - in particular Joy went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Great location, pricey parking

Pros: Location is great, rooms are clean and ok. Hotel has parking but you have to pay 50USD per day. Wi-fi works in the room but on the balcony isn't.

Cons: price for parking, so we didn't park at the hotel and wi-fi not working on the balcony
