Pros: We enjoyed our staying at this spacious, clean, and convenient place in charming Santa Monica. Just a couple of minutes to walk to Whole Foods Market or Trader Joe’s, and we found very good local places for brunch near the apartment.

Cons: It would be perfect if they had a in-room laundries. But fundamentally it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful stay near Santa Monica beach

Pros: A beautiful, large, light property, with welcoming owners. Supermarkets were just around the corner, so we could cook for ourselves, but also plenty of places to eat out nearby. The beach was around 30 minutes walk away, which was fine with our teenage children. Universal Studios was only a 30 minute drive away, too. Information about the property and the area was provided by the hosts and was really helpful and detailed.

Pros: The location is superb! The owners are really nice and the apartment is great. A lot of cafes nearby and the most cosy neighborhood.

Great value for money - I would stay again for sure.

Pros: Excellent location and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of space and very tidy. Host responded to queries quickly.

Cons: Washing services required payment for use. I could not get my first load free sadly as had to load $5.00. So my one and only load cost $5 sadly.

Great stay in LA

Pros: Good location for exploring the city in all directions. Some great places to eat and supermarkets within walking distance, safe neighbourhood. Great for those looking for somewhere quiet (which suited us) - noise rules (which apply in the evening and early morning) should be noted - they may not suit everyone.

Pros: Our family of six stayed for 5 wonderful nights. KK, the host, is very attentive and friendly. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are big, the location quite central and close to amenities. The highway is easily accessible and the free parking a must. I strongly recommend this suite as your « home base » for your stay in LA.

Cons: We love to walk, and while the beach is 15 min. away, going to the Pier and central Santa Monica took 30 min making it bit too far if you needed to return during the day.
