Pros: The owner checked with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. Very attentive to guests and made sure every was convenient for us.

Cons: Booking caused some confusion on fees for pool and spa. It was advertised as included. The owner normally gets an extra fee for heating. The owner made it right but I felt bad she was out that money.
