Wonderful stay - easy to communicate - fabulous new property.

Pros: Over the garage ADU - Almost brand new. Parking in the alleyway behind. One needs to climb a set of stairs to get to the room. Good amenities. The host was very easy to reach and picked up phone immediately every time we called. There are two bedrooms with two beds each + a sofa and a sofa bench.

Cons: Everything is in a compact space (above a two car garage) - it is impressive that despite the small space - it does not feel cramped. Maybe two beds in the bed room leave not much space behind. But it still felt OK. One bathroom may be a bit too little for a larger group though.
