Great space to relax .

Pros: A very cozy studio, bright and sunny. It was a great space to relax in. Excellent location — everything is close by, and the walk to the beach is easy and pleasant.

Beautifully appointed home in a fantastic location.

Pros: Lovely home appointed to a very high standard. Exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. In a fantastic location near to Santa Monica beach and with lots of amenities nearby.

Accommodations were modern and clean, the outside area was a great bonus.

Pros: Breakfast was not part of our booking. The location was about 25 minutes from the airport and a 20 minute walk to the beach. It’s in a cute little hilly neighborhood with other cute homes. Our host was very friendly and helpful. She was there to answer any questions we had.

Cons: I would have liked to use the outside grill, but that was unavailable. As it turned out, there was no time to do all that entailed anyway. The outside area is really nice.

Pros: It is really nice place, the host of the house is helpful and very friendly. The neighbourdhood is calm, so you can go for a walk in the evening. It is close to Beach and main street.

The best part of our vacation!

Pros: Incredibly warm and helpful host. Amazing location. Genuine privacy. Great private rooftop, and an apartment with more amenities than we could even possibly need/use. We left with the feeling that we had ‘lived’ the Santa Monica lifestyle because of our experience staying at this property.

Pros: The property was very very well kept, fresh and clean. Location was perfect walking distance to Beach, restaurants and shops. Owner very kind and accommodating we would stay again without thought !!

Cons: Unless you're extremally fussy you'll find the apartment perfect.

Pros: Very quiet area. Just off Lincoln so convenient to downtown Santa Monica and the rest of the city by car, very close to Whole Foods and restaurants on Rose in Venice. Walk to Main St./the beach is 15-20 minutes, but in compensation it is always easy to find a parking spot (not easy if you go closer to the beach). Place was spotless, full of light, bed was comfortable, had fine new heat pumps for the cold mornings. The host was very accommodating to our requests: for example when we asked for some additional kitchen supplies, and it was easy to set up our arrival and departure.
