Pros: Charming property with an incredible host. Milo can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. Beds are comfortable and the space is ultra clean.

Cozy!

Pros: Beautiful property! Location was easy to get around to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Little Osaka, etc. Was probably the cleanest home stay I’ve had and Milo and Beth were great hosts with lots of knowledge of the area.

Amazing hosts, great property. A very unique Saba

Pros: It was very unique, well loved and excellently managed by Milo and Beth

Cons: Nothing really. Maybe have been nice to have the immediate area outside the property a bit more landscaped to allow outside dining but we realise the charm of the place is in its quirkiness

Something a bit different to a hotel with excellent facilities and only 10 minutes from Santa Monica.

Pros: Very unique and beautifully decorated. Great facilities and the hot tub was amazing. Very informative host, Milo.

Cons: The pool was very cold and the slide hasn’t been used in years. The hot tub made up for it :)

Pros: Der Gastgeber war überaus herzlich, hilfsbereit und ist einfach eine großartige Person. Das toskische Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, überaus gepflegt und alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Haus gefühlt. Danke für alles!!

Pros: Milo and Beth were amazing hosts. They've built this little piece of heaven with old world charm. The hot tub was the best I've been in now others pale in comparison . They were available and easy to keep in touch with. The location was wonderful for our needs. The beds were comfortable as well as the conversations. Grocery store and restaurants in close proximity. Will definitely return! Such a beautiful property and all the amenities we needed!
