Pros: The apartment is in a great location, conveniently located for walking to the Hollywood walk of fame and trede Joe shopping.

Cons: The apartment had all the amenities except for the shared coin operated washing machine.

Pros: Perfect for our stay! I was skeptical at first due to a negative experience during a previous stay elsewhere in LA, but staying here was great. The bed was super comfortable, and the hosts were very nice as well.

Cons: Easy to hear surrounding tenants, just needs a bit of air circulation.

Pros: Localização próxima à calçada da fama, próxima a restaurantes. Cozinha totalmente equipada e super completa, 2 quartos amplos, sala ótima. Lavanderia ao lado do apto, dentro do prédio.

Cons: Mínimos detalhes no porta toalha do banheiro que não interferiram na estadia.

Great location for an LA trip

Pros: Host was great and responsive. Directions were clear to get in and out of property. Location was fantastic and having a parking space was a huge thing for us. All necessary items were in kitchen to make breakfast, etc. Bedrooms are upstairs so being able to have living space separated was also super nice.

La place de parking gratuite est un vrai plus, surtout quand on sait que le stationnement dans les hôtels alentours coûte environ 65 € par nuit. Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Hollywood Black Habitat on Bronson Ave from May 1–3. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host’s communication was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, and the location is incredibly convenient, with great access to Hollywood attractions and local amenities.

Du willst wissen wie ist es ist in LA zu leben? Dann reserviere sofort.

Pros: Die Lage ist gigantisch, für jemand der nur auch nur kurze Zeit in LA ist ideal. Zum Walk of Fame kann man laufen. Es gibt eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. Wie auf den Bilder handelt es sich um eine Wohnung in einem kleinen Wohnkomplex, das Auto steht sicher in der Garage unter der Wohnung. Man wohnt neben Einheimischen. Wer also das Feeling einer eigenen Wohnung mit Selbstversorgung in Hollywood möchte ist hier genau richtig. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super, man bekommt auf Fragen per Mail in der Regel sofort eine Antwort. Eines der wichtigsten Punkte die zu betonen sind, es gibt zwei Toiletten. Alle Männer wissen wie wertvoll es ist. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen und länger bleiben.
