Best Prime Location Hollywood Private House

A very charming little house for a great price in the heart of LA

Pros: This house is just perfect for a short stay in a very central location of LA. Walkable to cafes restaurants and grocery stores, and a safe area for walking or driving. Free parking further down the street. It’s very spacious and quiet and everything you need, with a large comfortable king size bed. The landlord has been very helpful and we had a lovely time here.

Cons: It could use a lick of paint and with just a little upgrade it could be even nicer, and if it had a washing machine and dishwasher it’s also be fine for a longer holiday. But maybe then they’d have to charge more, and part of the appeal was the price which is extremely reasonable for this property.

Pros: Clear checkin instructions, quick responses from host. Super clean and comfortable place, well equipped, everything works. It looks as same as the photos. I totally recommend it.

Pros: Great location and a private place, didn't realise it was a guest house on someone's property, but still a good spot with working facilities.

Cons: There were people working on the garden and outside the guesthouse (on the property itself), so that didn't feel like it was very private, and next door there's construction going on, but nothing that impacted my stay much.

Perfect apartment getaway!

Pros: The check in process was smooth fast and easy. Host was easily contacted and replied instantly. Great location in a quiet pretty street. Perfect space to unwind and relax with a nice view of the lovely garden. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Stay here if you’re a practical person like myself and you won’t regret it!

Pros: Location is the best overall. I really think it is worth the money given the location and ease of walking to cool burger places and shops. If you don’t mind the overall appearance and small inconveniences like everything has to be super clean and tidy and new appliances then this the best place to stay in West Hollywood. Would definitely return here again if visiting Hollywood or Los Angeles in general.

Cons: Cleanliness needs improvement especially the bathroom, heat wasn’t as good, curtains need to be washed or replaced

All the pluses made this a great stay and we would stay there again, if it is available next time.

Pros: The size of the apartment was perfect for our needs. The location was great, as there were 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks of us. With it being a backyard apartment, we didn't hear any of the street noise.

Cons: There was no parking provided if you rented the backyard apartment as we did. Only if you rented the Main House. They were given 2 spaces. The WiFi was share with the Main house as was the hot water.

Pros: Séjour absolument parfait ! La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse, très confortable et décorée avec goût. Tout est pensé pour le confort des clients, de la literie de qualité à la propreté irréprochable. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, proche des attractions et des transports, tout en étant au calme. Chaque détail a été soigné pour rendre le séjour agréable et mémorable. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Alicia 🇫🇷

Cons: Aucun point négatif tout était parfait

Pros: L'host è stato davvero molto disponibile siamo arrivati la sera senza connessione internet e ci ha guidati per passo-passo per poter entrare nell'alloggio. La casa è in una posizione perfetta per poter girare Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood e Down town. Quartiere tranquillo, si trova facilmente parcheggio. Bar, negozi e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Assolutamente consigliato, ci torneremo

Cons: La cucina potrebbe essere leggermente più accessoriata ma anche in questo caso l'host ci ha fatto recapitare il giorno seguente quello che ci serviva

Great location, quiet, safe, and excellent value for the price.

Pros: I really liked the place. It has everything needed for cooking, it is very quiet, and it is on a main street where I could take the bus to go everywhere. It is a safe area of Los Angeles, and there is a Target, Starbucks, Best Buy, and Crumbl Cookie nearby. The street connects to Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, so I only needed to take one bus from there. The value for the price is excellent, and I would definitely stay again.

Cons: Everything was good, I have no complaints.
