Wonderful family stay with spacious home and amazing pool

Pros: We spent 5 nights here with two families (8 people in total) and had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The highlight was definitely the large pool, which was always a refreshing treat after our day trips. The location in Van Nuys was excellent – quiet yet well-connected, so we could reach everything easily. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great hospitality – we would love to come back! 🙌

Excellent property clean and comfortable

Pros: It’s a good size for a family we had 7 staying and use all the rooms The beds are very comfortable There are some good local restaurants and the location is safe The pool and hot tub are clean There are some nice touches like plug in night lights so you can sneak to the toilet in the night without turning main lights on The heating and cooling are very good in the house There is a big enough driveway for 2/3 cars If we came to LA again we would definitely use the property

Cons: A little more storage for the rooms would be good

Pros: Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Clean and well equipped house. Easy check in/out, kind and helpfull host. Spacious parking lot. Big enough for two big cars or more.

Pros: Very strong 5/5 stars. We stayed with two families with children. The house made an even better impression on us in reality than in the photos. New kitchen equipment, renovated very clean and nice smelling house. Wonderful deep pool (the largest among the neighbors ;). Two gas grills for preparing meals. Pleasant and quiet neighborhood. A huge positive surprise was the temperature - about 10-15 degrees Celsius higher than the temperature on Venice Beach or Malibu.

The house was just right for 10 people.

Pros: Location was excellent. Maximum 30 minutes drive from all attractions. Ralph’s Supermarket was only a 6 minute drive. We made full use of the jacuzzi and pool.

Perfekt!

Pros: Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten sehr viel Platz. Der Pool war einmalig. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Das Haus war richtig schön eingerichtet. Wir wären gerne länger dort geblieben, aber unsere Planungen haben einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht her. Die Gasgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem hatten wir perfekte Tage in einer perfekten Unterkunft. Danke an die Gastgeber.

Pros: This place was awesome - great location, great amenities like the pool and hot tub. Big dining table and outdoor space were great for out large family get-together.

Cons: The only downsides were that there were only 2 bathrooms and the temperature of two of the bedrooms was hard to regulate.
