Pros: Great location, very responsive and helpful property management. Comfortable beds, comfortable couch. Clean apartment within walking distance to the beach!

Cons: Drafty in the winter (though this may not apply to most - it was 50-55 degrees and windy/rainy when we were there, which is likely unusual). Had some trouble with the heat units smelling like dust, but the property manager and owner were very helpful in getting the heat issues solved.

Pros: Host went above and beyond, I had an issue and long-story-short the host was extremely helpful and sorting everything out and making sure she could help out. That alone makes this a highly recommended stay. Location was fantastic, could walk to the beach, Abbott Kinney, and other areas easily.

Family getaway to Venice

Pros: The location is fantastic- walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Cute little cottage with space for our family of 5. Lovely outdoor areas.
