A great place to stay that is central to many attractions but in a quiet residential area.

Pros: It’s in a great location close to the Sawtelle Japan town with many restaurants and cafes to choose between. It’s in a lovely quiet residential area and we felt very safe walking around at night. The house is loaded with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedding is good, the kitchen is well equipped, the laundry facilities are great and the bathroom s come with plenty of product to wash with. We’ll definitely be booking this property again.

Cons: After recent wet weather the front gate and some of the doors were sticking a bit when trying to open, but after a few days of fine weather and constant use, they got easier to use.

Perfection!

Pros: It was so spacious and homey and had everything we needed for our family! It was close to perfect

Cons: My only and I mean only complaint would be that I didn’t know there was a back house with people living in it and I was a little spooked the first time I saw a stranger walking through the yard.

Pros: Nice location, close to visit points and groceries, quiet and safe area, free parking. All Facilities you needed is available such as coffee machine, oven, cookers, dishes(and even chopsticks!) Also washing powder and other supplies. Really great for family stays. Also the response of staff is really fast and helpful.

Cons: It could be better to have more towels.
