Pros: Shared bathroom was clean It has a Coinop washed dryer Close to the Yellow and Gray metro line ~15min Perfect for BMO and Coliseum. Next a bus line to Crypto arena

Pros: The location was great for what I wanted. Ground floor room was great and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: Not as clean as it could be - obvious cobwebs in my room, large faded stain on the quilt cover and a few pubic hairs as well 😳

Great value

Pros: Great value for the price. I was on a business trip to downtown, and getting an Uber was easy. The place was quieter than expected, and the host responded very quickly. Whenever I called, they sent a text right away, making communication very easy.

Cons: The guest in the room next to mine cooked food but didn’t wash the dishes right away. I think there should be a notice reminding guests to wash their dishes immediately after using the kitchen.

Convenient for the price and service provided

Pros: Pretty close to the BMO Stadium and USC Metro Station. Has severas groceries nearby. Worth the price.

Cons: The neighborhood may be a little loud on weekends, but it was nice besides saturday’s night

Pros: The room is big and clean. I can have a single room with a low price. Almost self-service. There are kitchen and laundry. Good location and pretty safe.
