Looking for a great priced stay in Los Angeles look no further than The Steady

Pros: Very clean and lots of showers and toilets Staff we’re so friendly and helpful assisting me at every opportunity Has a cosy room with tv for chilling out in after soaking up the delights of Los Angeles Love the code system so you don’t have to disturb staff trying to get in

A nice place on a quiet street. I can recommend it.

Pros: A nice hostel in a quieter part of LA. The facilities were designed to provide sufficient privacy despite the shared rooms and were nicely furnished.

Cons: The only complaint is that the AC didn't work very well during hot August evenings. The refundable deposit from my credit card, which must be paid at check-in, was returned to me after about two weeks, not four days as originally announced.

Cons: It gets super hot in the summer, there are fans in the common areas but they don't help a lot. Not all rooms have air conditioning

Light filled, clean, great value, good base location, lovely staff, good chill vibes

Pros: This is an awesome budget travel option in L.A I am a solo female traveller from Australia & booked the palms room for four nights. The vibe here was super chill & the staff were friendly & helpful, available & attentive. Love the light, the plants, the decor. They seem to have a good cleaning system here because everything felt really fresh. It has a general nice vibe about it and the location was great for to uber to down town for a night out or het to Hollywood. Far from the beach but you can get public transport to Hollywood and jump on a tour if that’s your thing. I would definitely recommend this and stay again. Area was fine. Also loved little things like having a hair dryer available and breakfast included.

Good place, I enjoyed the stay.

Pros: Really clean and cozy. Lounge area is really nice, bathrooms are really good.

Cons: Maybe not the most friendly neighbourhood, a bit of a walk from metro stations.

Perfectly fine for a short one night stay for a great price

Pros: The price of the room is definitely great. The location was also convenient. I arrived late on a Saturday and found parking right on the corner, which was great. Also everything seemed clean.

Cons: The bed is quite loud and squeeky, so when I arrived late at night I felt like I was disturbing the others who were already asleep. Also the mattress is very thin, so it feels a bit hard. But it was fine for me for just one night.
