Pros: We enjoyed this Hotel for how close it was to Disneyland and his lovely the room and staff were . We did find the traffic noisy as it is on a main road .

Low expectations, high result.

Pros: The staff were exceptional. Very helpful. Went the absolute extra mile. I went in expecting a cheap and cheerful hotel by Disney. I got extra service, a super comfy bed, pillow options. Surprised and happy.

I would recommend this place to families with small children

Pros: The location was great, only a 15 minute stroll to downtown Disney.

Cons: Unfortunately, the showers need updating, very poor stream and hard to wash your hair. But honestly, that would be the only thing I could pick on.

Pros: Juan was exceptional! His customer service, willingness to help and service with customers was AMAZING!! Juan was by far the best experience I have had all holidays in regards to a hotel service. Nothing was to much to ask, you should be very proud to have such a wonderful employee going above and beyond for customers.

Cons: If possible rooms to be swept each day when refreshing rooms. Also a change in breakfast items as a suggestion. Perhaps different cereal options, a change in hot meal options as limited and hard to feed children. Waffle machine was a huge hit!!
