Pros: All the staff I encountered were friendly and courteous. Location for me was a good choice as I use public transport and Arcadia station in less than a 10 min walk away. Area is quiet and walkable also in the evening. Good size room and good size bathroom.

Cons: I had booked an accessable/disability room but on arrival was told they were all being renovated. I booked 3 months in advance and would have preferred to have been advised this room type was not available.

Best place to stay & be able to cook your own meals.

Pros: I didn't care for the breakfast, it should be posted as continental breakfast. Jose (manager) was so sweet & kind. He made us feel very welcomed. The price per day is around $30/day more than other places. However, when you add up the costs of eating out, this place more than pays for itself. I like how quiet it is, you don't hear your neighbors. The little park like area at the back of the hotel was very enjoyable for our service dog

Cons: I didn't care much for some of rowdy looking people who hang around the property. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Pleasant.

Pros: Rooms are clean even though they are pet friendly.

Cons: Breakfast. Did not like that only offer coffee and muffins or granola bars as breakfast.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good. Beds comfortable. Was pretty quiet at night.

Cons: Shower faucet was dripping. Loose screw in tub. Low water pressure. Parking lot was lighted but still too dark. Inside drawers were really dirty.

Pros: The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe. Everything worked properly. Staff was friendly.

Cons: The breakfast was lousy. Just muffins, granola bars and coffee, but I wasn't expecting much anyway. Vending machine prices were way too high. $3.40 for a small water bottle.
