A very enjoyable stay.

Pros: The size of the room, the amenities, the staff were terrific.

Cons: Freeway noise was a bit off putting but we handled it.

Worth the price, although a couple things could be fixed.

Pros: The staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked that the floors absorbed sound very well and that we had an actual door for our bathroom. The room was the perfect size with a very nice bed and view.

Cons: The hotel was under renovation so the elevators weren’t super nice looking and there was also paint on one of the doorknobs in the room. We weren’t provided any kind of soaps or lotions in the bathroom so we resorted to using the body wash to clean our hands. The shower head was a bit low on the wall so it’s not easy to use if you’re tall.

Pros: Young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Went out of her way to get us ice since our floor didn’t have any. Clean, spacious rooms. Comfy King Bed.

Adequate, but needs some updating.

Pros: Reception clerk, Victor, was very helpful. He gave us suggestions for food and events in the area.

Cons: Shower head was old and did nor provide good pressure. There was no breakfast. We did not get room cleaning two out of three days.

Peaceful, convenient, and views!

Pros: Wonderful team and comfortable room. I enjoyed a perfect view and peaceful rest during my stay. The location was convenient for all of my connections and I felt safe.

Cons: No complaints.

A comfortable and convenient 1-night stay to attend a concert.

Pros: The location was convenient and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym was clean and simple and had water machine. Water station was available at near the front desk. Staff at the front desk was polite, friendly, and efficient.

Cons: The location, being close the the 210 Freeway, was a double-edged sword. The convenience comes with a bit of road noise, as our window faced the 210, but it wasn't too bad. By the time we went to bed, the traffic subsided quite a bit.

Great location, close to Pasadena, CA with several good local resturants and easy access to I-210.

Pros: Layout of the room worked well for us. Having Starbucks coffee, pastries and fruit/yogurt was extremely nice for us light breakfast eaters! Free parking was safe and very convienent to the hotel!

Cons: We wished the cleaning of the hotel and makeup of the beds was a little more frequent. (ie every other day would have worked for us).
