Great hotel

Pros: Hotel was very nice and in a nice location. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast Feel safe as there was security in building

Great stay, great staff

Pros: Hotel is nice, room was lovely and the bed was really comfy. The staff were very helpful especially Michael who was amazing he’s a credit to the hotel.

Pretty solid place for the price

Pros: Good price. I like that there's covered parking in back. Room was a decent size and had all the amenities. Bed pretty comfortable. Staff very nice. Location right on Pioneer Blvd just south of the 91 freeway so convenient to Disneyland, Long Beach and other locations via the 91, 605 or even I-5.

Cons: Towels are nice size but they don't seem to absorb water very well. The facility is fairly clean but could use some sprucing up. Rather limited parking closest to side entrance; can't enter hotel from covered parking in back as door allows exits only so you'll get your steps in.

Well worth the money and I'll be staying here again.

Pros: Good value place to stay, clean, nice staff, very conferrable. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent!

Cons: The TV blanked out a few times???

Hotel in location is good and a safe area. No outside who is this noises?

Pros: The cleanse of the hotel and the rooms and smell pine cleaner. Definitely rebook again.

Cons: That we couldn’t check in after an 7 hour drive waited 3 hours to check in. The clerk said in order to check in early it would be extra $20 per hour. That’s Just crazy. He could have been more considerate.

Mini Smoke Vacation

Pros: I liked that they had smoking rooms where I could comfortably smoke my joint. So them accommadating smoking clients was a huge plus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Just that I got sick but I believe the room that I got made me sick. This was my own doing and not the direct fault of the hotel.

Good for the price

Pros: The hotel is affordable and reached my expectations for a two star hotel. It was clean inside the rooms, had all the amenities we needed, and had good staff.

Cons: The walls were very thin. We could hear the neighbors snoring.
