Great value for money

Pros: We Checked it at 12:30am without issue. Rooms were spacious, clean, had a bar fridge and microwave. Starbucks and Argentine restaurant were directly across the road. Not far from Knotts Berry Farm. Breakfast had orange and apple juices, tea, coffee, pastries, toasts, bagels, yoghurt, waffle machine, various cereals and hard boiled eggs. Dining room was clean and spacious. Luggage storage was available after checkout. Great value for money.

Pros: Breakfast was fine I enjoyed it. The bedroom was just what we needed for a short stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful. It's also well located cause there's places to eat and to shop near. Very happy with our staying.

Cons: The doors of the toilet in pur bedroom needed a bit of maintenance cause they didn't close so we need to let people know when someone was in. Other than that it was OK.

Great times at La Palma

Pros: We loved this accomadation. Close to all types of places for shopping and restaurants. We loved it.

Lovely place to stay

Pros: We had a mini suite, and it was very spacious. I liked the fact I could sit and watch the tv in a separate room after a long day doing tourist things. Tea and coffee were available 24 hours, and we were told to help ourselves. Though we didn't know about this on our first night. It was only by asking at reception if we could have some coffee for our room that it was pointed out to us. There were plenty of towels and toiletries for our 3 day stay. Housekeeping was available if you booked it the night before. There was plenty of free parking, and the free continental breakfast was adequate,along with the free WiFi. It was a pleasant place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again should I go to Los Angeles.

Cons: We were on the seventh floor, and the lifts were very slow.

Pros: Entrance doors remain closed, great for safety. Staff was attentive. Breakfast is nice. It is a good choice for the price.

Cons: Carpets need maintenance. It was clean, but in need of more attention to cleaning details.

Pros: The location was excellent, with several great restaurants within walking distance. The security made you feel very safe!

All Plugs Recovered

Pros: We love staying here at this La Quinta location. You can't go wrong with big, quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Even when we forgot our charger in the room, they recovered it and held it for us. They even found something else that we didn't know we left behind and got it back to us. Great customer service and communication.
