Okay for a quick one night stop

Pros: Good location for freeway and restaurants, safe area. Friendly staff in reception and good breakfast.

Cons: Shower badly in need of renovating had mould spots . Didn’t find the bed comfortable.

Pros: This hotel felt brand new even though it has been open now for 5 years. All staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great

Absolutely delighted with our experience.

Pros: The staff were amazing, from the receptionist who greeted us on our slightly late arrival, to the breakfast staff and chambermaids. We stayed in a total of 6 different hotels during - our 16 night tour of California, and can safely say that our one-night stay at the The Hyatt Place in Bakersfield was the best hotel experience, by far - and all at a very budget friendly price. Thank you so much to everyone.

Wish it wasn't just a one night stop over

Pros: Very clean. The two receptionists we spoke to were really lovely and helpful ....one name started with Quey? Room was large, well furnished and clean. Plentiful breakfast.

Cons: Other guests not tidying up after themselves after breakfast!!

Pros: The most comfortable bed of our 15-day USA trip During our 15-day visit to the USA, this was by far the most comfortable bed. The room was fine – it could have felt a bit cozier, but overall it was great! The breakfast was excellent, and they even had vegetables available – which was not common during our travels.
