Location on the Freeway is good but some rooms parallel to the freeway needs sound proof

Pros: Brrakfast was great, reception was very cordial. My stay, although brief was alright save for the noise of the cars moving on the freeway that almost made me have a sleepless night.

Cons: However, when i mentioned the noise level to the receptionist, i was adviced that next time I could request for a room change...

the stay was short but felt like home.

Pros: The overall experience was very pleasant and we felt very relaxed. From Check in to check out the process was simple and streamlined to minimize time wasting. Extremely accommodating towards the customers needs and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable and it was very helpful as we had two small kids. Loved the simple but practice breakfast options for the kids.

Cons: practically nothing to complain about whatsoever

Pros: Everything, breakfast amazing, continental with lots of options both savory and sweet and diary and pancake machine and fruits. Juices, coffee, tea, milk cereals, eggs both boiled and two types of scrambled. Philadelphia cheese, milk, yoghurt, turkey burger, oven potatoes, sausage, bagels, cupcakes etc. Very clean and comfortable beds- Large, airy, soft pillows. Friendly and welcoming staff. Free extra parking. Very late check in possible(we got there around 1-2 am). Safe area, safe parking.

Cons: For a big family or big number of people it is not very comfortable all sleeping in the same room. So that’s a minus. The extended sofa was kinda noisy and not that comfortable but it didn’t bother. No chord shower.

Perfect

Pros: Staff was kind, room was huge and very clean. Free parking, easy access. Perfect for travelers or people who wants to visit Santa Monica and Santa Barbara at the same time

Excellent and we even came back after staying in another hotel as we could note the difference between the two propertie

Pros: Little touches- the soap, lotion and shampoo dispensers (much less messy than bar soap), the moveable puff which was a great table, the USB plugs, the lamp with european adaptors, the little kitchen area which made making coffee if up early easy, the easy to use coffee maker, and the handle in the shower for safety. The bed covers were crisp and nice. The breakfast was very good and I appreciated all the coffee amenities like creamer, half and half and hot chocolate mix. Laundry was also appreciated- the only comment might have been it could be nice if it opened earlier but the later opening was likely to reduce noise. All these touches made the stay so nice.

Cons: The only downside was the noise due to proximity to freeway. But proximity was nice for daily activities.

Home away from home

Pros: Rosemary and the entire staff are the greatest. Breakfast was always fresh and well stocked up. Very clean rooms.

Cons: Nothing.

Decent overnight stay.

Pros: The receptionist put me in a quiet room at the back of the hotel. I was on the second floor the hallway was bright and wide. Breakfast was good and I ate tasteless. Scrambled eggs and sausage.

Cons: The breakfast seating area Is on the main hallway to the main rear door, And on a chilly morning, the drafting noise from that door was annoying to everyone. The location is convenient off the freeway but the location is a bit isolated from stores and restaurants that are a few miles down the road.

Great value

Pros: Perfect location for what we needed. Good-sized rooms and great facilities. Decent breakfast included.

Great value and pleasant environment with a good gym.

Pros: room was clean, staff very friendly, and breakfast was very good. Also, 24/7 fresh ground coffee.

Cons: actually this location met my expectations.

Great staff, breakfast, coffee, and comfort were awesome.

Pros: I was very pleased that the breakfast had KETO options allowing me to stay on my diet. I was also very pleased with the coffee machines in the lobby. The staff was very kind and hard working.

Cons: The Keurig machine in the room did not work properly but I didn't mind going to the lobby for a great cup of coffee. The internet was a little slow at times but overall acceptable.
