I would definitely stay here again if I’m in this area again.

Pros: The room was well lite, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They responded promptly when a problem occurred with the room. Despite a train could be heard outside, the room was pretty quiet.

Cons: I liked everything except for the windows not being able to keep out the train noise completely.

Nice place

Pros: Breakfast was decent. Hotel is fairly new, very nice. Kids liked the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Clean room. lots of cleaners around the property. Good gym pool and spa.

Cons: The rooms facing the road are very loud with traffic noise.

Rooms are SUPER clean and bed was very comfortable!

Pros: The staff was the highlight of our stay. They were all super friendly and accommodated our every need. 24/7 laundry room availability was ideal since we would usually get back to the hotel late and would only have time to do laundry late at night. The second best thing were the beds. In the room we got, we had 2 queen size beds and they were super comfy. We made a weekend trip to Vegas and stayed in one of the supposedly more luxurious hotels, yet the beds were very stiff and we left having neck pain. The beds at Holiday Inn were 10x better.

Cons: More allergen-friendly options during breakfast. There was no dairy-free/lactose-free milk options. Although the chia puddings were made with soy milk so I was able to eat that. I'm just not sure why they couldn't have soy milk as an option if they were already using it for the chia pudding.

Pros: Very happy with accommodations. Pleasant staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Pros: Spacious room for 2 queen beds, clean overall, bathroom was very clean and had good lighting. Friendly staff and helpful receptionist. Perfect place that met our needs to visit family.

Pros: Staff was super helpful and friendly and lots of options for food.
