Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills

Was a good one night stay

Pros: Location great, very quiet rooms and staff were very helpful and smiley

Cons: A bit outdated compared to other Marriotts, no bottled water in the room

Lovely hotel in Warner Center

Pros: The breakfast was very good as was the service at the restaurant. We enjoyed the pool very much as well - the indoor and outdoor pools. We also used the valet parking which was very efficient.

Cons: For some reason the female change room in the pool was inaccessible with my room key.

Comfortable and clean with very friendly staff.

Pros: Nice areas to gather in with friends. Nicely landscaped. Friendly staff making extra efforts to make the stay pleasant.

Cons: Not the fault of the property but the computer system was down (for all locations) and check in & out were very difficult. Same with not being able to charge anything and either paying with cash or in one instance, I was able to charge a tab to the room.

Great stay, when I return to Woodland Hills, I will stay there again.

Pros: The location was great, the staff consistently went out of their way to be helpful and friendly and the rooms were quiet and clean.

Cons: For this size hotel, the exercise area is small and seems like more of an afterthought, in the pool area. The pillows were uncomfortable, and only 3 on the bed - my husband and I had to share the 3rd, which was awkward.

Needed a clean, comfortable place to rest and it was perfect forand it was perfect for

Pros: Great and comfy beds. Good size room. Hotel has several dining options nearby.

Cons: Had to pay for parking

Great Rooms for Wheelchair Users

Pros: One of the best hotel rooms we've seen for wheelchair users. Great roll-in shower, safety bars, spacious room and bathroom, keyhole on door the right height, room around the bed. Just fabulous. Also great valet guys.

Cons: Laundry service was not collected and brought to your room.

Pros: EXCELLENT location! EXCELLENT staff! Starbucks was a plus for a quick bite and hot cup of coffee! OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Cons: Unable to secure internet access in room.

My little 10 pound dog Chihuahua and I had a very nice relaxing time. It was lovely!

Pros: The pool and Jacuzzi were nice, plus the indoor pool plus the amuse, eatery, and the bar!

Cons: The fact that room service charges seven dollars just to bring the food and drinks up. I thought it was not cool! I stay at the Hilton once a month and they don’t charge for that! I was thinking of coming to the Marriott once a month but it’spretty comparable to the Hilton but much more money! I love the Starbucks in there, and everything else there is to do, much more than the hotel! So I’m going back-and-forth where I’m gonna stay next month but I did have a very nice time. They did put me in a room with no bathtub and I had requested it two weeks earlier. I had to move rooms, but besides that everything else was OK!

Fantastic Hotel & Lovation

Pros: The property was fabulous. We loved sitting by the pool and having a delicious meal served to us poolside. The Starbucks was amazing to have on the location as well. The property was very clean and the staff was polite with excellent service and the location was also amazing.
