Pros: Had a comfortable night, the beds and pillows were good. The staff were nice. We are light sleepers, but because the traffic noise was a slight consistent rumble it did not keep us awake. The windows actually did quite a good job of keeping the noise down. They had a fire going in reception with Xmas stockings over the mantle, which was very pretty. The breakfast was good - sausage, eggs, potatoes, pastries, cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, nice coffee and juices.

Cons: The bathroom door, make sure you leave it open all the way, otherwise you may walk into it in the night.

Great! Would stay at Ayers again.

Pros: Compared to other properties in the area, it was a much better value for the money. It was very close to restaurants, Wal-Mart, Costco, etc. The lobby felt warm, inviting, and the very clean. The TV channel selection was somewhat limited, but I do not consider this a negative at this price point. Ayers was perfect for a quick one-night business trip.

Awesome place for students and older folks!

Pros: This is a very nice hotel, it's charming, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is also really awesome. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, because it feels like a 4 star in a 3 star value package.

Cons: There is the small issue of the rooms on the ground facing both the pool and parking lot, the pool one feels pretty uncomfortable. There is also only one microwave in the place (the kitchen/breakfast area) I wish they would put one in each room for convenience.
